By JADEN ALBERTO Intern Filipino freestyle skier Laetaz Amihan Rabe finished last in the women's freeski slopestyle event at the 9th Winter Asian Games on Tuesday, Feb. 11, at the Freeski Slopestyle Stadium in Yabuli, China.

The Geneva-based 15-year-old athlete, the youngest among the six competitors, tallied 56.50 points for fifth spot in the first run of the event finals. She, however, failed to improve in her next two runs and dropped to last place.



China’s Liu Mengteng claimed gold in the competition with a score of 94.00, followed by fellow Chinese freestyle skiers Yang Ruyi (90.50) and Han Linshan (87.
