Torrence Dupuis was last seen at her home in the Elmvale Acres area on Nov. 4, police said in a news release Dec.

17. They said investigators believe she is now in the Toronto area. She was described as white, 5-3 with a slim build, short, pink hair and blue eyes.

When last seen, she was wearing a black sweater/hoodie, black pants, a brown, puffy winter coat, grey/black Nike slides and a black Puma backpack. Anyone who may have information as to the whereabouts of Dupuis was asked to call the Ottawa police at 613-236-1222. Anonymous tips can be submitted by calling Crime Stoppers toll-free at 1-800-222-8477 or crimestoppers.
