ALDOT will hold in-person and online public involvement meetings this month for a proposed road widening project in DeKalb County. The in-person meeting will be from 5 to 7 p.
m. Tuesday, April 29, at the Tom Bevill Enrichment Center 115 Main St. W.
, Rainsville. The open-house meeting will allow attendees to ask questions and share comments. ALDOT representatives will be on hand to answer questions; there will be no a formal presentation.
Online public involvement is underway at www.aldotinvolved.com .
People can review project information, including maps showing proposed changes and right-of-way acquisitions there and at the in-person meeting. Written comments submitted will become part of the official project record. Send comments to AL75-AddLanes@dot.
