PSPB, Railways in quarters of inter-department meet

Pune: Trailing 1-4 with 11 minutes to go, Central Board Of Direct Taxes pumped in three more goals. But they conceded one goal in that phase and lost 4-5 to Petroleum Sports Promotion Board ( PSPB ).
