Wiltshire Council has discharged further conditions for the development, which will be located on The Street in Hullavington and received over 200 objections before it was granted in 2023. This outline planning permission was sought by Hannick Homes and Mr A. R Hawker and proposed the construction of the homes, as well as a community car park and the reservation of land for the future expansion of Hullavington C of E Primary School.
