The best blooms are wearable, attests Priyanka Chopra Jonas. Fresh off her brother Siddharth Chopra’s engagement, the actor served up a bouquet of festive floral looks in August 2024 during her visit to the Maximum City. After wearing a berry-hued custom Manish Malhotra sari and bralette with intricate crystal florets for his pre-wedding ceremony followed by a tangerine kurta with paisleys and all-over floral motifs by Lajjoo C, the star embraced flower power for another subsequent event.
At the trailer launch of the Marathi film Paani , which she is producing, the multi-hyphenate turned up in a gorgeous Sabyasachi kurta set that was styled by Ami Patel. In a chic cobalt colour, her vibrant piece is from Sabyasachi’s Autumn/Winter 2023 outing. The sleeveless A-line kurta featured swirls of pink and green shades, flaunting botanical embroidery along with intricate sequin and crystal work.
A garden of poppies, roses, cherry blossoms and more adorned the structured silhouette. Added foliage patterns in shades of green offset it. A solid blue churidar in decadent silk and a matching dupatta in soft tulle completed the ensemble.
An ode to the old, a nod to the new, this kurta set embodies heritage craftsmanship on a contemporary canvas. Chopra Jonas didn’t let the monsoon Mumbai weather dampen her sartorial spirit either: She accessorised her kurta set with a pair of chandelier earrings from Bulgari. Taking the minimal route, she wore the Bulgari B.
zero1 earrings in white gold set with pavé diamonds and B.zero1 ring. She opted for metallic heels from Jimmy Choo.
A rosy glam and blow-dried locks brought her look together. While florals are irresistible for Spring/ Summer, gleaming nature-inspired motifs make for an enchanting ensemble in every season and occasion. Just days ago, mother-to-be Deepika Padukone stepped out in a comfortable and casual Sabyasachi piece for dinner in Bandra Kurla Complex. Her green kurta, too, was emblazoned with painterly florals.
