Following the final tournaments last weekend, the North Dakota Associated Press Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association announced the selections for its 2024-25 all-state teams. The Forum has compiled a list of the 66 all-state honorees from all three divisions of North Dakota basketball.
Division AA Girls Basketball All-State Team First Team Leelee Bell , Minot The 6-foot-3 junior forward averaged a double-double with 27.3 points and 11 rebounds per game, in addition to three assists per game. Bell, who now holds the scoring record for Division AA/A girls, is ranked a four-star recruit and the No.
1 women’s basketball prospect in North Dakota for the 2026 class by 247 Sports. Brooklyn Felchle , Bismarck Legacy The 6-foot-3 senior center notched 18.8 ppg and 9.
4 rpg. Felchle signed with the South Dakota State women’s basketball team in November and became the first player from Legacy to commit to an NCAA Division I school. Jaiden Haile , West Fargo Horace The 6-foot-2 senior forward and Miss Basketball selection dominated both sides of the ball.
Haile tallied 23.8 ppg, 16 rpg, 3 apg, 2 steals per game and 1.1 blocks per game.
The D-I Gonzaga commit shot 57.6% from the field and 64% from the foul line. Haile proved to be a key cog in the Hawks' first-ever Division AA state championship in March.
Lakyn Donnelly , West Fargo Horace The 5-foot-6 freshman guard averaged 20.8 ppg, 3.6 rpg, 3.
4 apg and 2.7 spg this season. Donnelly, who has already garnered D-I interest, shot 47.
8% FG, 46.6% from 3-point range and an astonishing 96.2% FT.
Donnelly completed her third varsity season as a freshman that ended in a state title. Fallon Passanante , Fargo Davies The 5-foot-9 junior guard mustered 21.4 ppg, 7 rpg and 2.
4 spg. Passanante picked up the reins for the Eagles this season and shot 32.2% 3FG and 78% FT.
Second Team Marlee Falcon , Bismarck Legacy The 6-foot-2 sophomore guard averaged 17.3 ppg and 9.4 rpg this season.
Lauren Reardon , Grand Forks Central The 5-foot-8 senior guard totaled 19.4 ppg, 7.5 rpg, 3.
5 apg and 2.1 spg. Reardon also hit 77% FT.
Reardon signed with the University of North Dakota last November and scored a record 58 points in an East Region play-in game last season. McKenna Johnson , Mandan The 6-foot-2 senior forward managed 13.8 ppg, 9.
5 rpg and 1.5 apg. The North Dakota State commit is Mandan’s all-time leader in blocks.
Mataya Messer , Bismarck St. Mary’s The 5-foot-11 junior forward tallied 17.4 ppg, 8.
4 rpg and 2.5 apg. Rylee Seavert , Fargo Shanley The 6-foot-1 freshman forward averaged a double-double with 18 ppg, 10.
3 rpg, 2 apg. Seavert shot 42.7% FG and 73.
6% FT. Seavert was listed by scouting experts as one of the top guards from the Midwest in the 2028 class. Division AA Boys Basketball All-State Team First Team Mason Klabo , Fargo Davies The 6-foot-2 senior guard broke the Division AA/A all-time scoring record and was named Mr.
Basketball. Klabo averaged 28.4 ppg, 7.
7 rpg, 6.4 apg and 2.9 spg.
The Illinois State commit also shot 51.7% FG, 40.7% 3FG and 86.
3% FT. Hudsen Sheldon , Mandan The 6-foot-3 senior guard totaled 23 ppg, 6.7 rpg, 6.
5 apg and 3.7 spg. Sheldon is a dual-sport commit in football and baseball at Division II University of Mary.
Carter Evanson , West Fargo Horace The 6-foot-3 junior guard notched 25.6 ppg, 5 apg and 4.7 rpg.
Evanson has already yielded D-I interest that includes an offer from North Dakota State. He shot 49% FG, 24.2 3FG and 63% FT.
Payton Schell , Minot The 6-foot-4 senior guard finished with 23.1 ppg, 6.5 rpg and 3 apg.
Schell has yielded offers from collegiate programs, including NAIA Dickinson State and D-III Concordia College. Pearce Parks , Grand Forks Red River The 6-foot-2 senior guard averaged 23.2 ppg, 7.
2 rpg and 4.1 apg. Parks shot 46.
7% FG, 24.3% 3FG and 63% FT. Parks is also Red River's all-time leading scorer.
Second Team Parker Falcon , Bismarck Legacy The 6-foot-5 senior guard totaled 21.1 ppg, 8.4 rpg, 4 apg.
Falcon will join Division II Minot State next season. Andre Austin , Bismarck The 6-foot-4 senior guard notched 17.8 ppg, 7.
2 rpg and 6 apg. Drew Kempel , Bismarck Century The 6-foot-3 senior guard ended with 18.8 ppg, 5 rpg and 6 apg.
Kempel helped Century hoist the Division AA boys state championship with his 23-point effort in the title game in March. Cameron Klefstad , Grand Forks Red River The 6-foot-5 senior forward tallied 20.3 ppg, 8.
8 rpg, 3.6 apg and 2.3 spg.
Klefstad shot 55.3% FG and 39.7% 3FG.
Klefstad was offered by Minnesota State Moorhead for football in December. Aric Winczewski , Minot The 6-foot-2 senior guard scored 18.8 ppg, adding 5.
5 rpg and 5 apg. Winczewski will join Dickinson State next fall. Division A Girls Basketball All-State Roster First Team Haiden Crockett , Northern Cass The 5-foot-9 senior guard holds the Jaguars record for scoring, which was previously held by her sister Halle, and was named Region 1 Co-Senior Athlete of the Year.
A Miss Basketball finalist, Crockett averaged 29 ppg, 7 rpg and 3 spg. She shot 46% FG, 32% 3FG and 80% FT, and will join the University of Jamestown women’s basketball team in its inaugural season in Division II next fall. Kyra Beckman , Bottineau The 6-foot senior forward tallied 19.
4 ppg, 9.7 rpg, 2.7 apg and 3.
7 spg. The Minot State commit shot 46% FG, 51% in 2-point field goals, 28% 3FG and 54% FT. Addison Sage , Thompson The 5-foot-6 junior guard managed 17.
8 ppg, 3.2 rpg, 2.3 apg and 3.
7 spg. Sage made 59% 2FG, 38.2% 3FG and 75.
8% FT, and has over 1,000 points for the Tommies. Scout Woods , Wahpeton The 5-foot-10 senior forward was named Co-Region 1 Senior Athlete of the Year. Woods averaged 19.
9 ppg, 7 rpg, shooting 53% FG and 80% FT. Woods is a two-sport standout for the Huskies in basketball and track, where she won the Class A girls shot put state title last May. Skotti Beck , South Prairie-Max The 5-foot-11 junior guard notched 17.
4 ppg, 5.3 rpg, 2.8 apg and 2.
6 spg. Beck made 49% FG, 58% 2FG, 38% 3FG and 75% FT. Beck has garnered interest of collegiate programs with an offer from Minot State.
Katie Burchill , Valley City The 5-foot-11 sophomore forward helped guide the Hi-Liners to their first state championship as a program, where whe was named Tournament MVP. Burchill averaged a double-double with 20 ppg and 10 rpg. She also shot 61% FG and 56% FT.
Second Team Kya Hurst , Thompson The 5-foot-6 junior guard totaled 17.2 ppg, 8.4 rpg, 2.
6 apg and 3.3 spg. Hurst was 48.
6% 2FG, 39.3% 3FG and 74.3% FT.
Hurst has over 1,000 points for Thompson. Tylie Brodina , Devils Lake The 5-foot-7 sophomore guard mustered 15.5 ppg, 2.
4 rpg, 1.8 apg and 3.2 spg, shooting 43.
3% FG, 49.5% 2FG, 34.4% 3FG and 66% FT.
Siera Nipstad , Kindred The 5-foot-10 freshman guard totaled 23 ppg, 5.5 rpg, 3 apg and 3 spg. Nipstad shot 57% FG, 37% 3FG and 77% FT.
Mickellyn Walker , Killdeer The 5-foot-11 junior forward notched 17.9 ppg, 7.5 rpg, 3.
1 apg, 1.7 spg and 0.6 bpg.
Walker shot 43% FG, 31% 3FG and 73% FT. Aubrey Jeanotte , Turtle Mountain The 5-foot-7 junior guard had 18 ppg, 3 rpg, 3.2 apg, 2.
7 spg, shooting 34% FG, 40% 2FG, 28% 3FG and 83% FT. Rylee Routledge , South Prairie-Max The 5-foot-8 sophomore guard tallied 12.4 ppg, 4.
9 rpg, 3.3 apg and 3.7 spg.
Routledge shot 36% FG, 53% 2FG, 32% 3FG and 69% FT. Division A Boys Basketball All-State Roster First Team Presley Peraza , Kindred The 6-foot-6 senior forward helped Kindred comeback from a 26-point deficit to win the Division A state championship in March. Peraza averaged 15.
8 ppg, 6.1 rpg and 2.6 apg, while shooting 57.
3% FG. Peraza will be a dual-sport athlete at Minot State in both basketball and track and field. Parker Brodina , Devils Lake The 6-foot-4 senior forward finished with 18 ppg, 6 rpg, 4 apg and 2 spg.
Brodina shot 58.8% FG, 45% 3FG and 80% FT. Braylen Schirado , Beulah The 6-foot junior guard mustered 24.
1 ppg, 5.2 rpg, 4 apg and 1.7 spg.
Brooks Bakko , Kindred The 6-foot-5 sophomore guard hit the game-winning tip-in to solidify the Vikings’ historic comeback win in the Division A state championship. Bakko totaled 12.1 pgg, 6.
7 rpg, 5 apg and 57.2% FG. Kyler Droog , Grafton The 6-foot-7 senior forward had 18.
7 ppg, 14.3 rpg, 1.9 apg, 1.
3 spg and 1.3 bpg, while hitting 53% FG. Second Team Drake Schlosser , Stanley The 6-foot-3 senior guard averaged 19.

Schlosser committed to North Dakota State for football in December. Caden Englund , Shiloh Christian The 6-foot-2 senior guard totaled 14.9 ppg, 5.

Englynd made 51% FG, 56% 2FG, 35% 3FG and 81% FT. Gavin Krogstad , Thompson The 6-foot-4 senior forward ended with 15.1 ppg, 6.
7 rpg, 1 apg and 1.2 spg. Krogstad shot 49% FG, 29% 3FG and 53% FT.
Bryson Heck , Valley City The 6-foot-3 senior guard tallied 16.7 ppg, 7.7 rpg, 3.
3 apg, 2 spg. Heck made 59.5% 2FG, 27.
3% 3FG and 58.5% FT. Heck will join the Mayville State football program as a kicker this fall.
Mason Palmer , Devils Lake The 6-foot-1 junior guard notched 15.5 ppg, 4.3 rpg, 4.
5 apg and 2.4 spg, while shooting 45% FG, 37% 3FG and 75% FT. Wyatt Westin , Bismarck Shiloh Christian The 6-foot-3 senior guard had 15.

Division B Girls Basketball All-State Roster First Team Kennison Azure , Hatton-Northwood The 5-foot-11 senior guard mustered 20.2 ppg, 6.6 rpg, 1.
5 apg, 2.3 spg and 1.5 bpg.
The Concordia College commit shot 47% 2FG, 44% 3FG and 82% FT. Jersey Vogel , Linton-HMB The 5-foot-9 senior forward had 19.4 ppg, 5.
6 rpg, 2.3 apg, 2.8 spg.
Vogel made 46% 2FG, 31% 3FG and 81% FT. She will take her talents to Dakota College at Bottineau in the fall. Laela Jensen , Hettinger-Scranton The 5-foot-7 senior guard had 18.
2 ppg, 6 rpg, 3.5 apg and 4.5 spg, while shooting 79% FT.
Addison Neshem , Berthold The 5-foot-9 sophomore guard managed 20.9 ppg, 7.3 rpg, 4.
6 apg, 4 spg. Neshem made 46% FG, 51% 2FG, 27% 3FG and 71% FT. Nehsem has over 1,000 points for the Bombers.
Ashley Martodam , TGU The 5-foot-10 senior forward tallied 21.5 ppg, 8.8 rpg, 4.
1 apg, 2.3 spg, 1.1 bpg.
Martodam went 57% 2FG, 30% 3FG and 78% FT. She finished her career with over 1,000 points for the Titans. Second Team Mashae Miller , Kenmare-Bowbells The 5-foot-6 senior guard had 14.
5 ppg, 4 rpg, 5 apg, 3 spg, while shooting 47% 3FG and 76% FT. Miller was named Division B Senior Athlete of the Year. Morgan Snyder , Central McClean The 5-foot-6 sophomore guard notched 20 ppg, 5 rpg and 5 spg, making 46% FG and 72.
6% FT. Aubrey Kenner , Benson County The 5-foot-8 junior guard totaled 19.9 ppg, 3 rpg, 4.
5 apg and 4 spg. Kenner shot 44% FG and 72.6% FT.
Kenner helped lead Benson county to a Division B state championship and was named Tournament MVP for her efforts. Violet Richman , Maple River The 5-foot-8 freshman guard recorded 19 ppg, 3.5 rpg, 3.
7 apg and 3.6 spg. Richman shot 46% 2FG, 36% 3FG and 86% FT.
She is regarded as one of the top players from North Dakota in the 2028 class. Sophia Headley , Bowman County The 5-foot-11 senior guard finished with 17.3 ppg, 9 rpg, 3.
8 apg and 4 spg. Division B Boys Basketball All-State Roster First Team Raeshaun Earl , Hankinson The 6-foot-1 junior guard averaged 25.6 ppg, 5.

1 rpg, 2 apg, 2.7 spg, 1 bpg, while shooting 44% FG and 75% FT. Perkins ended his Troopers career with over 1,000 points, school records for most 3-pointers in a game (8) and points in a game (48).
Ramsey Walz , Bishop Ryan The 6-foot-7 senior forward averaged a double-double with 18.3 ppg, 11 rpg, 1.4 apg, 1.
1 spg and 2.1 bpg. Walz shot 66% FG, 70% 2FG, 39% 3FG and 67% FT.
