A Post Office has gone on the market. The leasehold of the Storrington Post Office, which is located in on West Street in Storrington, is now on sale for £75,000. The business, listed by property agent Humberstones, has been owned and managed by the current vendor since 2008.
However, they have now decided to sell the business in order to downsize. The Post Office is situated in the small town of Storrington in the Horsham district of West Sussex. In the past year, the Post Office generated an income of £66,758, with the retail sales income reaching £80,885, excluding VAT.

Rent reviews occur every five years and there is a tenant only break clause on the review date. The price of £75,000 includes the lease, goodwill, trade fixtures, fittings and equipment comprised in the business. The stock in trade is to be taken at valuation.
