However, the pleasant weather isn't here to stay, with the forecast showing potential thunderstorms and high precipitation rates in the coming days.
According to the National Weather Service , tonight will remain partly cloudy, dipping to a low of around 55 degrees. Portland's brief dance with the sun will take a dramatic turn come Wednesday, with showers likely and a possible thunderstorm post-11 a.m.
