Police respond to shots fired outside a bar in Derry

Shots fired during a disturbance outside the Hare of the Dawg Bar and Grill on East Broadway in Derry were reported early Sunday morning, police said. The department received a 911 call around 12:37 a.m.

, according to a news release. “Responding officers confirmed there was no one injured in the incident and the suspect fled the scene prior to police arrival,” the news release said. Derry police were able to identify and locate the suspect.
