Someone stole a customer’s black 2014 Nissan Versa while they were inside a store in the 1100 block of East Denman Avenue around 12:30 p.m. Thursday.
A woman harassed residents at an apartment complex in the 2500 block of South John Redditt Drive around 1 p.m. Thursday.
Someone robbed a bank’s ATM in the 800 block of South John Redditt Drive around 3:45 p.m. Thursday.
Someone used a lost credit or debit card at a Nacogdoches store in the 2900 block of Freeman Street around 5:45 p.m. Thursday.
The Lufkin Police Department made three arrests late Thursday or early Friday. Arrests and charges include: Crystal Lee Hollenbeck, 36, of Lufkin, theft of property valued at $2,500 with two prior convictions; Kenneth Noel Mettlen, age unavailable, of Alto, possession of less than 1 gram of a penalty group 1 controlled substance, possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana and a warrant for possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana; and Maria Del Carmen Alvarez Ocampo, age unavailable, of Lufkin, false alarm or reported emergency. The Zavalla Police Department arrested Janice Arlene Hamby, 63, of Zavalla, Thursday on charges of possession of less than 1 gram of a penalty group 1 controlled substance and unlawful carrying of a weapon.
Angelina County Adult Probation arrested Ivanna Kay Adams, 31, of Lufkin, Friday on warrants for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, two counts of driving while license invalid with a previous conviction without insurance and two counts of bail jumping and failure to appear. The Angelina County Sheriff’s Office made three arrests late Thursday or early Friday. Arrests and charges include: Zachary Justice Hayes, 20, of Hudson, public intoxication and a warrant for duty on striking a fixture or highway landscape causing damages valued at $200 or more; Selena Bobbet Roy, 50, of Huntington, warrant for possession of less than 1 gram of a penalty group 1 controlled substance; and Claudia Michelle Perez, 31, of Lufkin, warrants for possession of less than 28 grams of a penalty group 3 controlled substance and two counts of failure to identify a fugitive by intentionally giving false information.
The Texas Department of Public Safety arrested Everett Lemar Lutz, 37, of Lufkin, Friday on charges of possession of less than 1 gram of a penalty group 1 controlled substance, driving while license invalid with a previous conviction without insurance and on a warrant for driving while license invalid with a previous conviction without insurance. The Angelina County Jail housed 252 inmates as of 6:15 p.m.
