m. Saturday. Someone stole a wallet left on the counter of a business in the 2500 block of Daniel McCall Drive around 10:30 p.

m. Saturday. A man was found to be in possession of suspected ecstasy after a traffic stop in the 600 block of Burton Avenue around 11:30 p.

m. Saturday. Officers arrested a woman after she allegedly attempted to steal a purse at a bar in the 1900 block of South First Street around 12:45 a.

m. Sunday. Officers arrested a man for walking into someone’s home on Locke Alley around 4 a.

m. Sunday in the 100 block of North Timberland Drive. Officers arrested a man who was yelling and throwing items outside the California Apartments around 8:15 p.

m. Sunday. Officers arrested a man for trespassing at a car wash in the 300 block of West Frank Avenue around 4 a.

m. Monday. A man shoplifted items from Target around 11:30 a.

m. Monday. A man purchased a Bobcat and canceled the electronic money transfer after delivery in the 2700 block of Spence Street around 1:15 p.

m. Monday. A woman stole a bag full of clothes from Academy around 3:15 p.

m. Monday. A woman said her dog had been stolen in the 1600 block of East Denman Avenue around 3:45 p.

m. Monday. The Lufkin Police Department made two arrests late Monday or early Tuesday.

Arrests and charges include: Angelito Puente, 33, of Diboll, warrants for failure to control speed, no insurance and driving while license invalid; and Cody Wayne LeBlanc, 35, of Lufkin, warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia. The Angelina County Sheriff’s Office made two arrests late Monday or early Tuesday. Arrests and charges include: Corey Dean Norton, 33, of Lufkin, warrant for driving while intoxicated (second); and Raul Delacruz Jr.

, 34, of Lufkin, possession of 4-400 grams of a penalty group 2 controlled substance, possession of 4-200 grams of a penalty group 1 controlled substance, evading arrest or detention and possession of drug paraphernalia. The Angelina County Jail housed 254 inmates as of 4:30 p.m.
