The Lufkin Police Department did not release a daily media report Thursday. The Lufkin Police Department made eight arrests late Wednesday or early Thursday. Arrests and charges include: Jenny Ann Lee, 44, of Livingston, making a false report; Brittany Smallwood, 36, of Lufkin, theft of property valued at $100-$750 with a previous conviction and a warrant for theft of property valued at $100-$750; Demetrius Wayne Polk, 57, of Lufkin, warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia; Kevin Deral Martin, 56, of Lufkin, possession of less than 1 gram of a penalty group 1-B controlled substance and warrants for parole violation/possession of 1-4 grams of a penalty group 1 controlled substance, no insurance, driving with an open container and possession of drug paraphernalia; Trace Allen Dixson, age unavailable, of Woodville, public intoxication; Johnathan Clay Rex, age unavailable, of Lufkin, resisting arrest, search or transport and public intoxication; and Joshua Adam Frazier, 43, of Lufkin, criminal trespassing, evading arrest or detention, resisting arrest, search or transport and public intoxication.

The Diboll Police Department made two arrests late Wednesday or early Thursday. Arrests and charges include: Aaron Jaden Murray, age unavailable, of Lufkin, possession of 4-400 grams of a penalty group 2 controlled substance and possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana; and Jose Miguel Amaya, 20, of Burke, DWI. The Angelina County Sheriff’s Office made eight arrests late Wednesday or early Thursday.



Arrests and charges include: Donna Ann Dunn, 39, of Lufkin, fraudulent use or possession of less than five items of identifying information, failure to identify a fugitive by intentionally giving false information and warrants for theft of property valued at $2,500-$30,000, removing material placed in a city container, defective or no stop lamps, two counts of no insurance and possession of drug paraphernalia; Kenneth Wayne Arnold Jr., 39, of Amarillo, assault of a family or household member by impeding breathing or circulation; Christopher Leon Burch, 42, of Lufkin, possession of less than 1 gram of a penalty group 1 controlled substance and warrants for four counts of public intoxication and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; Charmarie Ann Fischer, 55, of Huntington, warrants for no driver’s license, disregarding a red light and possession of less than 1 gram of a penalty group 1 controlled substance; Abraham Colunga Torres, 62, of Lufkin, warrant for driving while intoxicated (third or more); Jerry Lynn Watson, 67, of Pollok, warrants for exploitation of a child, elderly or disabled person and invasive visual recording; Dustin Jay Goodwin, 32, of Pollok, warrants for driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension without insurance, evading arrest or detention with a vehicle, assaulting a public servant causing bodily injury, unauthorized use of a vehicle, criminal mischief causing damages valued at $1,500-$20,000, possession of less than 1 gram of a penalty group 1 controlled substance and assault of family or a household member by impeding breathing or circulation; and Devonte Morrow, 25, of Lufkin, making a terroristic threat. The Texas Department of Public Safety made three arrests late Wednesday or early Thursday.

Arrests and charges include: Tyler Ray Cox, 24, of Lufkin, possession of a dangerous drug and possession of less than 1 gram of a penalty group 1 controlled substance; Terry Parks Arriola, 33, of Conroe, DWI with a blood/alcohol content greater than or equal to 0.15; and Aaron Michael Haynes, age unavailable, of Zavalla, driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension without insurance. The Angelina County Jail housed 264 inmates as of 5 p.
