The upbeat track co-produced by Ghana’s MOG Beatz, Blaise Beatz and Johnny Drille, sparked Grammy conversations upon its arrival due to Angelique Kidjo’s pedigree, Kizz Daniel’s signature flair and Johnny Drille’s velvet vocals. Many music fans who have long tipped Kizz Daniel for a Grammy, are optimistic that ‘Police’ is the song to bring home the gramophone.
