Police flock to quiet residential road after ‘gunshots heard’ in West Norwood

The incident was reported in Dunbar Street near Norwood High Street just before 10pm on December 16. Officers attended, however, there was no sign of any injured victims or any suspects at the scene. A crime scene has been put in place as police enquiries into the circumstances continue.

A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called at 9.58pm on Monday, 16 December to reports of gunshots being heard in Dunbar Street, West Norwood. “Officers attended but no suspects were identified.
