Article content The Sûreté du Québec (SQ) is asking for help from the public in finding 29-year-old Kelsey Watt of Hemmingford. She was last seen on Saturday at about 12:30 p.m.
on Covey Hill Rd. in Hemmingford. She was believed to be travelling on foot.
Family members say they have reason to fear for her safety. Watt has red hair and green eyes; she is 5-foot-6 and weighs 200 pounds. She was wearing a black coat when last seen.
Anyone who locates Kelsey Watt is asked to call 911. As well, any information leading to her being found can be communicated, confidentially, to the SQ criminal information centre at 1-800-659-4264..
