POLICE are appealing for help to find a missing man from Pontypool who was last seen in Cardiff. Officers are concerned for the welfare of David Bevan from Pontypool. Mr Bevan, a 28-year-old from Pontypool, was reported missing after last being seen at Pugh's Garden Centre in Morganstown in Cardiff around 1.

45pm on Monday, April 7. South Wales Police are now asking for the public's help to find him and encourage them to report information about his whereabouts through their portal online or through their live chat by using the reference 2500110779. He was wearing a distinctive shiny black puffer coat with a white t-shirt, and was seen heading in the direction on Gwaelod y Garth.
