Police appeal to find missing 20-year-old who hasn't been seen since Thursday

Police are appealing for help to locate a missing 20-year-old woman who has gone missing. Chelsea Prosser was last seen on the morning of Thursday, February 27. From the Cwmbran area, it is believed she is in Cardiff, and has links to Ely.

She is described as five feet tall, and has a slim build, with long blonde hair. A statement from South Wales Police read: "We are appealing for information to locate Chelsea Prosser. Chelsea, 20, from Cwmbran, is believed to be in the Cardiff area and has links to Ely.



"She’s approximately five foot tall with long blonde hair and a slim build. She was last seen on Thursday morning at approximately 10am. Have you seen her? Can you help? Please make contact South Wales Police - give reference 2500063625.
