Pokemon fans smash Guinness World Record with 24-hour unboxing as 20,000 cards revealed

As if it there was ever any doubt - the Pokemon franchise has claimed another Guinness World Record. The pop culture phenomenon tasked its creator community to take part in a marathon livestream running for 24 hours straight to showcase the latest trading card game set, Scarlet & Violet: Surging Sparks. With 30 content creators taking part, they were able to reveal more than 20,000 cards and assorted Pokemon merch, with many of them to be donated to charities ahead of the holiday season.
