The POCO Global website has officially shut down. Back in October 2024, Xiaomi that the closure of would take effect on December 31, 2024. This includes all regional POCO websites and the POCO Store app as well.

For those not familiar with the news, this doesn’t mean POCO is going away. Instead, its products and services can now be found on Xiaomi’s main website ( ). This covers product pages, customer service channels, after-sales support, and any other offerings previously found on the old POCO website.



Additionally, POCO device owners looking for after-sales services can still do so from Xiaomi. For most parts of the world, the po.co domain will be redirected to the Xiaomi site.

However, at the time of writing, we are still able to access in the Philippines. Launched in August 2018 as a sub-brand of Xiaomi, POCO has achieved significant success, especially in India, where it briefly functioned as an independent entity. Over the years, the brand has introduced more than 30 smartphone models across its popular series, including the Poco F, X, M, and C.
