The last time PM Modi and Mohan Bhagwat shared a common stage was during the Ram Mandir Consecration ceremony. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be visiting Nagpur on the occasion of Gudi Padwa, which falls on March 30, and will share the stage with Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat. The last time the two leaders shared a common stage was during the Ram Mandir Consecration ceremony.
They held a one-on-one meeting in public in 2014 when Modi was still Gujarat’s chief minister. This is a big event, especially in the wake of the prime minister endorsing RSS publicly twice in the last month or so. The last two times he did so were at a public function in Delhi organised on February 21 for the Marathi language celebration and yesterday in the podcast.
This year also marks the hundredth year of the RSS. This announcement is extremely significant ahead of the BJP, announcing its national president..
