PM Modi pays tribute to J-K’s first Muslim IAS officer

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday, September 19, paid tribute to Jammu and Kashmir’s first Muslim IAS officer, Mohammad Shafi Pandit, who died earlier in the day.
