The Clemson Extension Tri County Master Gardeners will host their annual Plant for the Earth: Earth Day Celebration and Plant Sale on April 26, from 10 a.m.-2 p.

m. at the Clemson Extension TEACH Center, located at the Citadel Mall. The event promises to offer a wide selection of plants and gardening resources.

Proceeds support the work of the Tri-County Master Gardener Association’s many educational gardening programs. Attendees are encouraged to bring a wagon or cart to carry their plant treasures with ease. This is a rain-or-shine plant sale! Visitors can shop a variety of healthy, locally grown plants, including annuals, perennials, herbs, vegetables, and native species — all hand-picked to thrive in the Lowcountry’s unique climate.

In addition to the plant sale, the event will feature: • Soil testing information and resources • Interactive children’s gardening activities • “Ask A Master Gardener” table to answer your growing questions • Local vendors, including Lovey’s Bird Bites, Fuzzy Buzzy Soap Store and Me & Mimi Cookies Whether you're a seasoned gardener or just getting started, this is a great opportunity to connect with fellow plant enthusiasts, learn something new, and pick up high-quality plants for your garden.
