
New stables are set to be built at Roseisle, near Elgin. Planners at Moray Council gave the green light to an application for a change of land use to equestrian, erect stables and form a schooling area at Wester Oldtown, Roseisle. The plans, submitted by Wittet’s Architects on behalf of Mr and Mrs W Ruck would also see a garage contrasted.
According to the plans, there will be two stables plus a tack room and barn. The schooling area itself would measure 40mx25m, with the surrounding fence topped by an electric fence..
