Constitutional Amendment No. 2 To require the Louisiana Legislature to wait at least 48 hours prior to concurring in a conference committee report or amendments to a bill appropriating money. Constitutional Amendment No.

3 To allow the Louisiana Legislature to extend a regular session in increments of two days up to a maximum of six days if necessary to pass a bill appropriating money. 2 To renew the 5-mill property tax, generating an estimated $117,847 a year, for 10 years starting in 2025 for electric lights on streets, roads, highways, alleys and other public places in the district. Road Lighting District No. 3 To renew the 5-mill property tax, generating an estimated $62,298 a year, for 10 years starting in 2025 for electric lights on streets, roads, highways, alleys and other public places in the district.

Road Lighting District No. 4 To renew the 5-mill property tax, generating an estimated $19,241 a year, for 10 years starting in 2025 for electric lights on streets, roads, highways, alleys and other public places in the district. Road Lighting District No.

East Baton Rouge Parish Mayor-President Sharon Weston Broome, D Emile "Sid" Edwards, R Metro Council District 1 Brandon Noel, R Eric Smith Sr., D District 2 Eugene Collins, D Anthony Kenney, D Propositions City of St. George sales and use tax To levy a perpetual 2% sales and use tax beginning on April 1, 2025 to replace the 2% sales and use tax previously levied by the Consolidated Government for the City of Baton Rouge and East Baton Rouge Parish with the proceeds of the new tax to be used for general municipal purposes within St.

George including but not limited to public works. The tax is estimated to annually generate $48 million, which would be subject to funding into bonds. Tara Subdivision Crime Prevention and Neighborhood Improvement District To continue to levy an annual fee on all parcels within the district for 10 years, beginning in 2025, in an amount not to exceed $135 per year with the option to increase the fee once during each calendar year not to exceed 10% of the amount of the fee imposed the previous year and not to exceed $200 per year.

The fee is estimated to generate $84,105 a year for crime prevention, enhanced security and the overall betterment of the district. Villa del Rey Crime Prevention and Neighborhood Improvement District To renew the annual fee of $150 per parcel for those parcels that do not qualify for the special assessment provided by the state and $75 per parcel for those parcels that do qualify for the special assessment, subject to an annual increase not to exceed 10% of the fee imposed during the previous year and not to exceed $250 for parcels not qualifying for the special assessment and not to exceed $125 for parcels qualifying for the special assessment. The fee would be renewed for 10 years, beginning in 2025, and is expected to generate $128,175 a year for crime prevention, enhanced security, an increase in security patrols, to beautify and improve the common areas, and for the overall betterment of the district.

Livingston Parish Propositions Parishwide Home Rule Charter To amend the Livingston Parish Home Rule Charter to authorize the Parish Council to engage legal counsel for itself. Gravity Drainage District No. 1 To renew the 0.

5% sales and use tax, generating an estimated $3,220,000 a year, for 20 years starting June 1, 2025, with proceeds to be used for drainage and flood prevention, rights-of-way for canals and ditches, and for equipment and facilities to prevent flooding. The tax would not be collected within the City of Denham Springs so long as the city levies the 1% sales and use tax authorized on Dec. 29, 1958, and remits to the Drainage District the city's pro-rata share of the cost of drainage improvement projects benefiting the city, as determined by engineering reports and intergovernmental contracts between the city and the district.

Recreation District No. 3 To renew the 15-mill property tax, generating an estimated $4,250,000 a year for operations and maintenance, for 10 years beginning in 2026. West Baton Rouge Parish Proposition Recreation property tax To authorize the parish to renew the 5-mill property tax, generating an estimated $753,000 a year for recreational facilities and programs, for 10 years beginning in 2025.
