November is officially here. We’ve got the top local events you don’t want to miss this month — so get ready to make your plans. Little Debbie Hamilton County Fair Head to McDonald Farm Friday, Nov.

8 through Sunday, Nov. 10 for amusement rides, a rodeo, lumberjack shows, contests, live music, fireworks, and more family fun. One-day passes start at $6.



TEDxChattanooga: Carry On The flagship event will be on Thursday, Nov. 14 at Barrelhouse Ballroom, where you’ll hear five local leaders speak on the theme “Carry On.” Tickets are $20 in advance — pro tip: nonprofit professionals + students can send an email to receive $5 off admission.

Rock City’s HoliDAYS The holiday festivities kick off on Friday, Nov. 15, and will run daily through Saturday, Jan. 4, including holiday photo opportunities, winter-themed activities, and of course, the Enchanted Garden of Lights.

Tickets start at $21. Gratefull Join the community for a free Thanksgiving meal outside of the Bessie Smith Cultural Center on Thursday, Nov. 21 beginning at 11:30 a.
