2 oz dark chocolate 1⁄3 tsp sea salt Instructions Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the dates cut side down onto the paper and flatten with your fingers. Build an even layer resembling a square with no gaps.
Spread the tahini evenly over the top of the dates. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios all over. Melt the chocolate in 10-second intervals in the microwave, stirring between times to ensure it doesn’t burn, and spread on top of the bark.
Sprinkle the salt all over. Refrigerate for about one hour or until the chocolate has hardened. Cut the bark into equal size squares and enjoy!.
