PIPESTONE — Bradley Klatt, 67, of Pipestone, is charged with one felony count of threats of violence following a March 31 incident in Pipestone. According to the law enforcement report, a Pipestone County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to a residence in Pipestone following a report of possible terroristic threats being made. ADVERTISEMENT The complainant identified Klatt, saying he was on their property when they got home and threatened to kill them.
The deputy spoke with the victim, who said Klatt was at the back door of their house when they got home, staring at them and also reportedly screaming at them. They said they asked Klatt to stop and reminded him that he was trespassing. According to the report, Klatt responded with “I'll just break into your house and (explicative) kill you.
" The victim reportedly stated that a few days prior, they awoke in bed to find Klatt staring at them through the bedroom window. While sharing this, the deputy noted that the victim was visibly upset and shaking. While talking with the victim, the deputy could see Klatt staring out a window of his residence that faced their direction and was screaming loud enough that he could be heard by both of them.
