Photo shows police cordon set up near Westcliff Park Tavern pub

Photos show a police cordon closing off the exit from Park Street onto London Road in Westcliff, at around 7.25 am this morning, though it is understood the cordon has been in place since the early hours of this morning. The cordon also closes off access to the Park Tavern pub in Westcliff, with police still on the scene.
