I have a special place in my heart for senior cats, and hope you do too. Senior cats (age 12 and up) are usually sweet and wise, with a soulful presence that is calming to all. Laddy is just such a cat.
He is 16 years old, and seeks a “hospice” placement. “This buff-colored gentleman” has been at Lowell Humane Society for almost two months, and just wants a “peaceful home where he can enjoy his golden years in comfort and companionship,” according to volunteers, who find he is “calm and gentle and enjoys the simple things in life: naps in cozy corners, soft petting, and the company of other kind-hearted cats.” There is no adoption fee for Laddy.
