Perth traffic: Crashes across the metropolitan area cause peak-hour delays

A number of crashes are causing peak-hour chaos across the city this morning.

A number of crashes are causing peak-hour chaos across Perth this morning. Traffic is heavy on approach on Reid Highway westbound at Wanneroo Road in Westminster after a crash caused heavy debris to scatter across several lanes. Motorists are advised to proceed with caution with vehicles in the right emergency lane and ambulances and towing services onsite.

An accident on Mount Henry Bridge northbound has also slowed traffic, while a rollover on Thomas Road eastbound before Kwinana Freeway has blocked the left lane. Emergency services are onsite dealing with the situation. Traffic is running smoothly but drivers need to be cautious.



A crash on Tonkin Highway southbound before Reid Highway in Bennett Springs has partially blocked the right lane, with traffic slow on approach. An earlier crash on Kwinana Freeway southbound in Anketell has been cleared but the vehicles involved are on the verge and towies are onsite..
