She earned a bachelor's in business administration from from Xavier University of Louisiana, a master's in business administration from Pepperdine University, a master's in educational leadership from the Broad Center at Yale School of Management and a doctorate in public policy from Nelson Mandela College of Government and Social Sciences at Southern University.
