VIJAYAWADA: Deputy Chief Minister and Jana Sena Party (JSP) chief Pawan Kalyan, who won all the Assembly and Lok Sabha seats contested by his party, in alliance with the TDP and the BJP in Andhra Pradesh, has once again repeated the cent percent strike rate in Maharashtra polls as the Maha Yuti won all the constituencies covered by him as part of his election campaign on November 16 and 17. He covered 11 Assembly constituencies Deglur, Bhokar, Solapur Central, Solapur North, Solapur South, Ballarpur, Chandrapur, Pune Cantonment, Hadapsar, Kasba Peth and Latur City, and Nanded Lok Sabha segment. All the candidates supported by the Jana Sena Party chief emerged victorious in the Assembly elections except Latur City.
What is more interesting is that the BJP has registered its maiden victory in Deglur, besides winning Latur Rural Assembly seat. Expressing happiness over Pawan Kalyan repeating the 100% strike rate in Maharashtra elections, JSP official spokesperson Bolisetty Satyanarayana said the Maha Yuti emerged victorious in all the constituencies covered by the party chief. Speaking to TNIE, Bolisetty said going by the response from the public to the roadshows and meetings addressed by Pawan Kalyan in Maharashtra, the NDA leadership requested him to allot some more days for electioneering.
After the election results, the NDA leadership profusely thanked Pawan Kalyan for ensuring the victory of Maha Yuti candidates in all the segments covered by the JSP chief as part of his electioneering. Pawan Kalyan campaigned in the stronghold areas of Maharashtra former Chief Ministers Vilasrao Deshmukh and Ashok Chavan, and ensured the victory of the Maha Yuti candidates, Bolisetty said. BJP candidate Devendra Rajesh Kothe, who won from Solapur, thanked the JSP chief for ensuring his victory.
Congratulating Maha Yuti for the landslide victory, Pawan Kalyan said it was an honour to participate in the poll campaign. “This tremendous mandate reflects the trust of the people of Maharashtra in the visionary leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Sri @narendramodi ji. The people of Maharashtra have chosen development, honesty, the ideology of Balasaheb Thackeray Ji, Sanatana Dharma, Unity over division and a vision to building a Viksit Bharat and Viksit Maharashtra.
The land of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, which has always stood as a symbol of truth, valor and justice, has once again chosen the path of progress and integrity. The collective leadership of Sri @Dev_Fadnavis ji, Sri @mieknathshinde ji, and Sri @AjitPawarSpeaks ji has earned the confidence of the people. I am confident that the new Maharashtra government will work towards achieving the ambitious goal of a $1 trillion economy, thereby contributing significantly to India’s vision of becoming a $5 trillion economy,” Pawan Kalyan posted on ‘X’.
He further expressed optimism regarding the mutual cooperation between Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh..
