Paul O’Connell looks forward to summer Tests as his Ireland backroom team is confirmed

Paul O’Connell will be joined by Denis Leamy, Mike Prendergast and Colm Tucker for the two-Test European tour. Paul O’Connell is looking forward to leading Ireland as head coach for the two-Test summer series against Georgia in Tbilisi and Portugal in Lisbon this July. O’Connell and his coaching ticket have been confirmed, after it was revealed last week the former stalwart would take over from Simon Easterby, who joined Andy Farrell’s backroom team for the British and Irish Lions tour.
