Some of the top games from the Week 4 slate include the USC Trojans, Michigan Wolverines, Tennessee Volunteers, Oklahoma Sooners, LSU Tigers, UCLA Bruins, Utah Utes and Oklahoma State Cowboys. All of these games could impact the 12-team College Football Playoff. One game that caught the attention of Paul Finebaum on "SEC Nation" was Tennessee-Oklahoma.

The Sooners play the Volunteers for the first time since 2015 and Baker Mayfield played quarterback in Norman the last time these two programs faced off. Oklahoma won that game in double overtime, 31-24. Tennessee head coach Josh Heupel has a lot of history with Oklahoma.

Heupel led the Sooners to a national title in 2000 and finished second in Heisman voting that season. To no one's surprise, Finebaum went with his alma mater in the matchup, predicting a Tennessee win on the road in Norman. Oklahoma has won three of the last four games against Tennessee. In 2014, Oklahoma beat Tennessee 34-10. The Sooners lead the all-time series 3-1.

The up-tempo Tennessee offense will battle the dominant Oklahoma defense. Tennessee leads the SEC with 63.7 points per game this season.

Oklahoma has allowed 11.3 points and 77.7 rushing yards per game in 2024.

Kickoff from Norman is at 7:30 p.m. ET on ABC.
