PAU student bags ‘best thesis’ award

Ludhiana: Dr Simranpreet Singh Bola , department of agronomy, Punjab Agricultural University ( PAU ), has been conferred with the “Best PhD Thesis Award” at the ICAR-sponsored international conference on “Current Innovations and Technological Advances in Agriculture and Allied Sciences ( CITAAS-2024 )”. The conference was organised by the faculty of agriculture, Guru Kashi University, in collaboration with the department of agriculture and farmers’ welfare and horticulture department and other institutes. Dr Bola’s PhD research focused on “emergence, growth, productivity and quality enhancement through seed priming and foliar application of chemicals in soybean”.
