New crime drama Patience is set to hit our screens with a talented cast and story with a twist. Patience Evans (Ella Maisy Purvis) is an autistic woman who works in a clerical role filing police records before she is recruited by Bea Metcalf (Laura Fraser) to put her skills to better use. "Patience attends a regular support group for autistic adults where they discuss the barriers in operating in a neuro-typical world and how best to navigate it.
" Patience is adapted from the original hit French series Astrid and Raphaelle and is a co-production of JLA Productions.
