Patagonia Gold says Black River Mine to invest up to $40M into Calcatreu project

Patagonia Gold ( TSXV: PGDC:CA ) said Black River Mine has agreed to invest up to $40 million to support the development of Patagonia’s flagship Calcatreu Project in Rio Negro, Argentina. Under the agreement, Black River Mine will acquire up to 40 million preferred shares.
