The Sault Ste. Marie Professional Firefighters Association is holding the 17th annual Hockey Marathon presented by Donnelly Group Private Wealth Management from April 18-19, benefiting local charity. The marathon invites local teams to pledge and participate in the event over two days, aiming to raise funds for our community.
Held at the Soo Pee Wee Arena, the hockey marathon offers not only exciting matches but also a pasta dinner on April 18, 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.
m., and a pancake breakfast April 19, 8 a.m.
to 12 p.m. Organizers are looking for support from community businesses to sponsor ice time at $155 per hour.
Sponsors will receive prominent recognition during the event and across various media platforms. "This event not only showcases the incredible dedication of our firefighters but also celebrates the spirit of hockey in our community. Together, we can make a difference for local charities and individuals in need," said Donnelly Group Private Wealth Management.
