Passengers stage protest after SpiceJet cancels Delhi-Darbhanga flight

Disgruntled passengers staged a protest at Delhi airport after SpiceJet cancelled its Delhi to Darbhanga flight on Saturday due to unforeseen operational reasons. The airline apologized for the inconvenience and provided affected passengers with options of either a full refund or booking an alternative flight the next day, subject to availability.

NEW DELHI: SpiceJet on Saturday canceled its Delhi to Darbhanga flight which led to disgruntled passengers staging a protest at Delhi airport . A video of passengers protesting and shouting slogans at the airport was shared on social media. A spokesperson of the airline in a statement said that flight SG 495 from Delhi to Darbhanga was cancelled due to unforeseen operational reasons and extended an apology to the affected passengers for the inconvenience.
