The Paris Masters has reached the quarter-final stage and yet again a week-long ATP Masters 1000 tournament has provided an incredible amount of excitement. None more so at Bercy when top seed Carlos Alcaraz was defeated in three sets by home favourite Ugo Humbert. The Frenchman won 6-1, 3-6, 7-5 to book his place in the quarter-finals after proving his worth to the tournament chiefs .

Hubert had complained that he was not given preference after feeling that he should have been on Centre Court for his second-round match, but showed what fans were missing by blistering past the reigning French Open and Wimbledon champion. Humbert set up a clash with Australian star Jordon Thompson and will feel confident of reaching the final four in the French capital. But a host of top stars will be attempting to do so today, starting with Alexander Zverev who kicks off the action against Stefanos Tsitsipas .

Meanwhile, Holger Rune will take on Jack Draper conqueror Alex de Minaur and Grigor Dimitrov faces Karen Khachanov in the remainder of today's quarter-finals. Follow all the latest action from the Paris Masters below..
