Palak Tiwari is gearing up for her upcoming horror-comedy film, Bhootnii, alongside Sanjay Dutt, Mouni Roy, and Sunny Singh. Directed by Sidhaant Sachdev, the film features Palak Tiwari as Ananya, a character surrounded by mystery, taking the role of Pyaar Ki Rakshak (Protector of Love). Recently, Palak opened up about her true fashion inspiration in the film industry, crediting her mother Shweta Tiwari for her ‘real style’ choices.
During a recent media interaction, Palak Tiwari explained how her mother has a major influence on her when it comes to fashion choices. The actress revealed that she always gets inspired by her mother’s fashion as she never follows a trend and wears whatever she likes. “Meri Fashion icon hamesha se meri mummy rahi hai, main har jagah ye hi bolti hu (My fashion icon has always been my mother, I say this everywhere).
" She further stated, “I think meri mom ne kabhi bhi koi fashion trend follow nhi kiya, vo vahi pahanti hai jo unhe pahan ne ka man karta hai, or baki sab vo logo par chhod deti hai, pasand karna hai to pasand karo, nahi pasand karna hai to mat pasand karo. (I think my mom never followed any fashion trend; she wears only what she feels like wearing and leaves the opinion to other people. If they want to like it, they like it; if they don’t want to like it, then they don’t.

She stated, “I think my mother has always been kind enough to give me my space in my career, and she has always entrusted me with my own decisions." According to Palak, Shweta has provided professional freedom to her daughter to decide its direction.
She has never tried to sabotage her or take authority over what decisions to make about the movies. Palak further revealed that her mother has always allowed and encouraged her to make her own decisions. However, she never shies away from asking anything from her mother, be it “ a shoulder to cry on, a warm body to hug", which she believes makes all the difference in her life.
