Pages: 39th SAC-SMC Cebu Sports Awards: A Tribute to Champions

THIS April 26, 2025, at SM Seaside City, the best of the best Cebuano athletes and sports personalities will be honored in the 39th SAC-SMC Cebu Sports Awards. Among the brightest to be recognized is Rubilen Amit, the women’s 9-ball world champ who won last year in Hamilton, New Zealand. There are Paris Olympians Elreen Ando and John Febuar Ceniza.

One boxer who stood tallest was Melvin Jerusalem, capturing the world title last year. There’s June Mar Fajardo — arguably the greatest PBA player ever — who took home his record 8th MVP. The full list of awardees: MAJOR AWARDS: BASKETBALL: June Mar Fajardo.
