Sean Diddy Combs has been hit with alarming claims by a woman, alleging him of dangling her from a 17th floor balcony. Bryana “Bana” Bongolan came forward this week with a 17-page lawsuit, accusing the rapper, 55, of "sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment" and other claims, per People Magazine . In response, a legal representative for Combs has denied Bongolan’s allegations in a recent statement.

"Anyone has the right to file a lawsuit, regardless of the evidence they may or may not have. Since last year, Ms. Bongolan has expressed an intention to sue Mr.

Combs and has sought legal representation to pursue her claims,” the rep told to Rolling Stone. “Mr. Combs firmly denies these serious allegations and remains confident they will ultimately be proven baseless.

” The fashion designer–who first befriended Ventura, 38, in 2014–is seeking $10 million in damages for the emotional distress that she claims she suffered, citing the balcony incident among others. In her suit, Bongolan recounted that she and her then-girlfriend were sleeping over at Cassie’s apartment in September 2016 when Combs loudly entered the apartment in the early morning. “He grabbed her, turned her back to his chest, and molested her by groping her breasts as she yelled to be left alone,” the lawsuit narrated Bongolan's abuse at the hands of the Bad Boy Records founder.

After Bongolan began to struggle, Combs moved his hands from her breasts to her armpits and placed her on the banister of the 17-story balcony while repeatedly yelling, “Do you know what the fuck you did!” Bongolan, who was 4 feet 11 inches tall and weighed about 100 lbs. at the time, “attempted to resist him, throwing her weight back in a struggle not to be thrown to the ground and what would likely be her death,” but Combs “easily overpowered her again,” the lawsuit claimed. Ventura screamed at Combs to stop and informed him that Bongolan’s then-girlfriend was also in the apartment.

Combs then pulled Bongolan back over the balcony but did not release her, and instead “slammed Ms. Bongolan onto the balcony's patio furniture, including a table,” the lawsuit claimed. Bongolan said she remains unaware of what Combs believed she did.

Also in the lawsuit, Bongolan claimed she noted both “disturbing signs of an abusive relationship” and actual incidents of abuse between Ventura and Combs before the balcony incident. Upon one instance, the music mogul threw a “large kitchen knife” at his then-girlfriend, “who, acting in self-defense, threw one back at him." Combs is currently being held pretrial at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

He was been denied bail thrice since his September arrest..
