In the latest civil lawsuit filed against Sean "P. Diddy'" Combs , the rapper was accused of sexually assaulting an 18-year-old woman in 2001. According to court documents obtained by the Mirror, the woman alleged that the incident occurred at a Halloween party in New York City where "Combs and his entourage .
.. provided drinks to the Plaintiff and her friends throughout the night.
" She further claimed that a security guard for Diddy brought herself and two friends to a limo with "at least six members of Combs’ security team" and the music mogul himself. "She began feeling dizzy, intoxicated and disoriented" after consuming a drink allegedly given to her by one of the individuals. The woman claimed, in retrospect, that the drink was laced with drugs like ecstasy.
P Diddy's 'jealous groupies' make rapper's bed in prison, claims former inmate Outrageous video shows two men eating off naked woman at P Diddy party She further alleged that she was ordered by Diddy to perform sexual acts on both himself and unnamed individuals in the vehicle. "Drugged, scared, and confined among numerous men," the woman explained that she complied as she and her friends were given the instructions. Thereafter, the Plaintiff claimed she left the vehicle before passing out, waking up with limited memory of what occurred from that point forward.
The lawsuit is the latest in a slew of legal litigation that was sparked against Diddy. Texas attorney Tony Buzbee filed the lawsuit on behalf of his client as a part of 120 planned complaints, including a total of five filed on Nov. 19.
The rapper was first accused by his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, whose lawsuit was not filed by Buzbee. In the complaint, she alleged Diddy assaulted her, among other acts. At the time, the pair settled the lawsuit within a day while Diddy denied any and all wrongdoing.
However, in the months following, a clip resurfaced of the star beating Cassie in a hotel hallway. For his actions in the video, Diddy took full "responsibility." The star continues to deny all allegations of sexual assault against him, including the 120 cases being handled by Buzbee.
Diddy's attorney, Erica Wolff, told The Mirror: "The extortion lawsuit against Mr. Buzbee exposes his barrage of lawsuits against Mr. Combs for what they are: shameless publicity stunts, designed to extract payments from celebrities who fear having lies spread about them, just as lies have been spread about Mr.
Combs. As his legal team has said before, Mr. Combs has full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process.
In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor." Diddy continues to sit behind bars after being charged with sex trafficking and racketeering.
He is awaiting a trial, which is anticipated for spring 2025. He entered a not guilty plea in response to the charges. The Mirror contacted lawyers for the Plaintiff.
