"We hope you'll enjoy watching the birds flying outside in the sunshine and exploring the centre to find all of the hidden Easter Eggs. "We'd also like to highlight the important work of our Raptor Hospital.

"At this time of year, many owlets are brought in by members of the public. "If you do find an owlet this spring, please check out our website or call us on 03456 807 897 to find out more information before bringing them in." Suffolk Owl Sanctuary has shared advice on what to do if you find an owlet out of its nest (Image: Suffolk Owl Sanctuary) The charity, which cares for and rehabilitates raptors, has advised people to call for advice before taking action if they find any owlets on the ground.

Tawny owlets often end up on the ground when they are learning to fly but are capable of climbing back to the nest where their parents will continue to care for them. The charity says if you come across one, the best thing to do is gently return it to a high branch so its parents can find it, and it can hop back to the nest. However, if the owlet is injured, discovered near a road, or is too young to be a brancher, it may need help.

The sanctuary is open to the public all year round. For more information, call 03456 680 7897..
