Outlander heartthrob Sam Heughan has sent fans into a meltdown with his latest Instagram escapades, showcasing his daring dip into freezing waters. The Starz sensation, who boasts a whopping 4.3 million followers, caused quite the stir with his spa day snaps from Glasgow's opulent Thermal spa, where he was joined by fitness guru Valbo.
The images captured a beaming Sam plunging into icy depths and emerging from the chill, while a visibly shivering Valbo appeared to battle the cold. The 44-year-old actor shared the invigorating experience with his followers, captioning the post: "Things are heating up (cold face emoji) @thermal_gla!!? Some post @mypeakchallenge workout recovery with Coach @valbo00." (sic) Fans flocked to the comments section to lavish praise on the Outlander lead, with many expressing their enthusiasm for the chilly plunge.
One fan swooned: "He could wear a potato sack and look perfect. OMG." (sic) Another admirer commented on Sam's infectious grin, saying: "It looks like it feels good.
