Amanda Owen has shared a statement about “dogged determination” after leaving fans gutted with an emotional ending to her programme. The Our Yorkshire Farm star had viewers in tears when she said her goodbyes after the final episode of Our Farm Next Door on Monday (November 11). The More4 show followed her family’s efforts to refurbish Anty John’s farm.

At the emotional conclusion of the show – which saw her reunited with her ex-husband Clive – she said: “I did feel a bit emotional when I came here today, because I have invested so much into this. "It has occupied my thoughts for years about how this was going to happen.” She had urged fans to tune in for the last episode of the series, writing on social media: “It’s been a manic Monday so this is a late reminder that at 9pm you need to tune into More4 for the last episode of Our Farm Next Door.

“If you miss it or forget then you can do the catch up thingy on All4,” she reminded viewers. But now she’s got her chin up and is focusing on getting things done. Over on X, Amanda shared snaps of her daughter Clemmy cuddling up to three sheepdogs on the rugged Yorkshire moors.

She added: “One, two, three. Let’s say four if we’re talking dogged determination [shrug emoji].” Fans couldn’t get enough of the family snapshots, with one writing: “Lovely photos, Clemmy is so affectionate towards all the animals but then so are all your children.

” “Clemmy is a chip off the old block. She shares the same love of animals as her parents. Lovely photos,” somebody else pointed out.

As another fan agreed: “Lovely pics as usual. Looking forward to this week’s episode. Seeing the progress and getting excited for you all to get it finished.
