Article content Article content Low, 33, an Ottawa resident, was also charged with a multitude of other offences, including five counts of aggravated assault, a dozen counts of assault with a weapon, two counts of carrying a concealed weapon, seven counts of mischief for damaging property, 20 counts of possession of a weapon dangerous to the public and one count each for assaulting a police officer and obstructing police.
