This leap in capability is the result of OPPO's ongoing collaboration with MediaTek, a partnership that's been pushing the limits of mobile technology for years. Dr. Yenchi Lee, General Manager of MediaTek’s Wireless Communications Business Unit, echoed this excitement, calling the Dimensity 9400 a "game-changer.

This setup delivers a 35% boost in single-core performance and a 28% improvement in multi-core performance compared to the previous generation.

The Dimensity 9400 is also designed for efficiency, built on TSMC's advanced 3nm process. The Dimensity 9400 also features an 8th Generation NPU (Neural Processing Unit), which boosts AI performance, ideal for tasks like generating responses in real-time, such as with Google’s Gemini Nano integrated into the Find X8’s Magic Compose feature for Google Messages.
